WOD Powders are heading to Perth, Scotland!
Following on from our Pre WOD Xtra Sour Gummy Bear flavour collaboration with Clash of the Clans, we’re heading to their neck of the woods as event sponsor of this increasingly popular functional fitness team competition.
Described as Highland Games meets CrossFit, Clash of the Clans - Clan Battle incorporates modern and Scottish cultural equipment and is due to take place on the weekend of 27th/28th July. This annual event is symbolic of the ancient ‘Battle of the Clans’ that took place on 28th September 1396 in North Inch, Perthshire, highlighting the history and tradition of Scottish clans.
Each ‘Clan’ is a four-person team (2 male, 2 female), with all divisions competing across the two days. Spectators and families are welcomed for free with no tickets required so why not come along and show the athletes your support. You’ll be able to soak up the amazing atmosphere and enjoy the wider Energy Sport & STEM Festival that the Clash is hosted in. There are plenty of activities, and it promises to be a fun weekend for all.
