It's almost time for Round 004 of the Northern Championships 2024. THis will be another epic event welcoming more athletes onto the competition floor for their shot at making the podium. Held once again at one of the largest indoor arenas in the North-East: Rainton Arena, Houghton le Spring.

Time: 8am - 6pm
WOD Powders will be there selling our increasingly popular pre, intra & post workout products, available in a variety of delicious flavours.
As well as the athletes showcasing their fitness across a variety of individual and mixed pair categories, there will be plenty to keep spectators entertained along with apparel and merchandise stands, local vendors and the onsite food village and arena bar.
