Teams of 6 comprised of 4 males & 2 females will take to our iconic competition floor for 2 full days of fitness tests to crown our first ever SIXERS champions. ALL categories will compete over both days. We will leave no stone unturned testing absolute strength, gymnastic capactity and single modality volume both indoor and outdoor. This is a direct entry competition with no online qualifiers. WOD FUEL at the ready!
