Directions for Use:
Add 1 x 50ml scoop (20g) to 300ml of water or milk to a shaker 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. Froth is expected with clear whey, shake and leave to stand for 2 minutes before drinking. Take our clear whey protein at any time of day to increase your daily protein intake. Not suitable for vegans.

hat’s the difference between Whey RX & Clear Whey?
Whey RX is a combination of whey protein isolate and concentrate with a higher lactose level. Clear Whey includes whey protein isolate only and has a much lower lactose concentration due to the additional filtration process it undergoes. Whey RX mixes really well with milk or milk alternatives and great in oats, versus our Clear Whey which mixes with water for a really refreshing and easy to digest high protein option.
Why does Clear Whey froth / foam when shaken?
Foaming is a sign that all the elements present in powder are getting mixed properly. Foaming or Frothing shows the mixer that all the elements are mixed and the shake is now ready to drink.
Pure whey protein powders that do not contain artificial additives or thickeners are more likely to create foam. On the other hand, protein supplements that consist of protein blends or gainers generally produce less foam. This is due to the addition of anti-foaming agents in commercially-produced whey protein powders and binding and flavoring agents that can prevent foam formation.
Hence, if your whey protein shake produces a significant amount of foam, the protein powder is pure and of excellent quality. This is simply a sign that the protein content has been blended thoroughly, resulting in the formation of micro-bubbles.
