Directions for Use:
Add 1 x heaped 50ml scoop (20g) to 400ml of water or milk in one of our shakers 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. If a thicker shake is required reduce the amount of water used. You can also take our Whey RX it any time of day to increase your daily protein intake.
