TEAM WOD POWDERS!

This year we have familiar faces Mairead Corrigan & Anita M'Cartney training out of Crossfit Edinburgh representing our brand.

After a 2nd place finish at WODLAND & a 1st place finish at Clash of the Clans the girls have done well whilst flying the WOD Powders flag.



The RX Female division is stacked with some of the fittest in the UK: Connie Easby, Helena Collins, Lucy Campbell, Jennifer Muir, Ella Wilkinson, Georgia Davenport & Sapphire Goddard.

We are looking forward to see both Mairead and Anita get stuck in to some spicy workouts over the weekend. With programming from Simon & Ally we are going to be in for a treat.
