The Defiant Games III – Event Sponsor!
At WOD Powders we love a good functional fitness competition. Here’s another one for the diary…
Rolling into Sheffield English Institute of Sport for its third run The Defiant Games is due to take place on Sunday 12th May 2024.
Run by The Defiant Co. the games aim to be all inclusive by offering no high skill workouts that can be completed by all and test multiple fitness components. This is a same sex 3’s team competition. With no qualifiers and the deadline for sign ups on 12th April, there’s still time to sign up but you’ll have to be quick!
A fitness competition with a difference and promising to be a whole lotta fun. Spectator or athlete, come along to this Olympic standard venue with live DJ in house and soak up a thrilling atmosphere.
